Before installation, a certified engineer inspects the cured roof slab to assess its condition and identify any additional preparation of work required. This ensures the roof is ready for waterproofing and thermal insulation.
A combination of POLYOL and MDI is sprayed at high pressure across the roof. The sprayed foam flows into every gap and micro-crack on the roof surface, then rapidly expands its initial volume multiple times to create a continuous, watertight, and insulating layer with superior heat resistance.
Once the foam sets, a UV-resistant coating either rubberized bituminous ADVATEX 1000 or acrylic ADVACOAT 250 is applied over the entire roof. This layer protects the foam from sunlight until flood testing is completed.
